Dosage Dispensed
- What dose can be dispensed?
The MetriCap Closure can be customised to deliver a dose ranging from 0.1cc to 3cc.
- What is the accuracy?
The nature of the device lends itself to very high accuracy (>90%). Accuracy can be confirmed when the dispensed product's physical properties (such as viscosity) are known.

Safety & Usability
- Is the product safe?
The mere nature of the closure makes it significantly safer than a conventional "cap". The limited dosage dispensed already limits the amount of substance that can be ingested by a child. Further tamper and child proofing is available as an option.
- Is the MetriCap Closure easy to use?
The cap is probably easier to use than the conventional cap on your toothpaste. One turn through 180 degrees and squeeze. No more need to screw the cap off before dispensing and back on after use.
- Can the MetriCap Closure be removed from the tube?
A child safe version of the Closure cap is available that cannot be removed once it is affixed to the tube.
- Will our customers use less of our product?
The dose can be set so that they actually use more! If it is set at the correct dosage you are at least ensuring customer compliance.

Standard and approved polymers are used to manufacture our closures. It may be that your product is not suited to our standard closures. We may be able to customize the closure to your specifications.
- Do you have any clinical data?
We only have usability data at this time. The closure is manufactured from approved polymers in an ISO 9000 environment.
- How does it combat micro bacterial growth?
The danger of micro bacterial growth is always present, even when using a conventional closure.

Epoxies
- Why will our customers want a measuring device?
A better quality bond can be achieved when mixing is done in the correct ratio. A better bond, and providing the means to achieve it, will definitely increase the image of the brand.
- What other benefits are there?
